Return Requirements:
Original receipt/ purchase proof (Order number while purchasing online)
Ensure the outer box is original packaging
Ensure the product is in good condition and all accessories are well included.
Products can be only returned in the original country or region purchased.
Only items that have been purchased directly from Kickstarter/Amazon & obodetech.com can be returned to obode.
Disclaimer:
Products that have been used, altered or malicious physical damage by customers that are not suitable for resale will not be accepted for refund.
Any return requests exceeding 30 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.
Products purchased through other distributors must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
