Return & Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: Consumers who purchased product from obode or this website product (the ‘Product’), you are agreeing to the terms set forth below along with obode’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

All requirements under this Return/Refund Policy must be followed in order to be granted a full refund.

Refund Policy

The consumer who places an order or makes a purchase at this website or using an obode product, if you are not completely satisfied, you’re allowed to contact us to return your product within 30 days from date of delivery. Original shipping costs will be deducted from any refund amount except in the case of a Defective Product.

Return Requirements:

  • Original receipt/ purchase proof (Order number while purchasing online)

  • Ensure the outer box is original packaging

  • Ensure the product is in good condition and all accessories are well included.

  • Products can be only returned in the original country or region purchased.

  • Only items that have been purchased directly from Kickstarter/Amazon & obodetech.com can be returned to obode.

Disclaimer: 

  • Products that have been used, altered or malicious physical damage by customers that are not suitable for resale will not be accepted for refund.

  • Any return requests exceeding 30 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.

  • Products purchased through other distributors must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

How to Return:

Please prepare your order number/picture of a receipt, and product serial number and contact us at support@obodetech.com, we will provide the return instructions to you, and share the corresponding return address with you within 24 working hours.

obode will pay for return shipping costs for undamaged items. However, unauthorized or Cash on Delivery (COD) returns will not be accepted.

Please kindly keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.

For the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to obode with the following information:
- Name of the carrier
- Tracking number

Refund Policy

To request a refund, please contact us at support@obodetech.com to receive refund instructions.

Once your refund request is authorized, you may receive your refund via the original form of payment.

Original shipping costs will be deducted from any refund amount except in the case of a Defective Product.

Typically, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed after your returned product is received and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may feel free to contact us at support@obodetech.com within 30 days from the date of delivery, we always stand behind you.
